Monthly meeting

We will be taking a first look at PID controllers by trying to manually set the P-I-D values on an FRC robot and see what happens.  This robot has encoders on the drive wheels and records all data for each run of the robot in a mongo database where we can look at to see what happened down to the 20msec level.
