This prenatal yoga class is for women at all stages of pregnancy. This class provides a healthy natural form of exercise alongside childbirth-preparation. Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages gentle stretching, mental centering, focused breathing and strong mom-baby connection benefiting pregnant women and their babies. Prenatal yoga can also help moms meet and bond with other pregnant women and well-adapted for the new challenges of being a new parent.
