Want to learn how to live a more plant based lifestyle? This group is for absolutely anyone interested in incorporating more vegan food into their diet! Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore, this group is for you! We just ask that this remains a positive, supportive environment that is welcoming for all learners and is a judgement free zone.

We will be going over tips for cooking and baking plant based meals, vegan meal planning, health benefits of a vegan lifestyle and more!
