Mercier Orchards is a 4th generation family owned and operated apple orchard. Bill & Adele Mercier started it in 1943 and now Mercier Orchards is celebrating 70 years of fruitful harvests. Mercier Orchard sells a variety of products including ciders, fried pies, muffins, breads, jellies, preserves and much more. $10 gets you one peck sized bag (a quarter of a bushel) to fill with freshly picked apples and a guided tractor tour. If you’re not interested in picking, but want to go on the tour, the cost is $2 per person.
Getting to Mercier Orchards from Sandy Springs is 80.28 miles and will take 1 hour, 39 minutes. Harvest on Main is 2.25 miles from the orchard. If carpooling, be courteous to your driver and chip in for gas.
