If you could travel any where for free, where would it be?

The Galapagos islands via Peru or is that just being greedy ??

If you were on a desert island, and could have unlimited supply of one food and one drink, what would it be?

As I doubt there'd be a chiller cabinet then it would need to be a bottle of red - maybe a nice malice, or good bottle of Lebanese red. To accompany such a nice tipple I would need something quite hearty - filet steak! Mmmn

What do you usually drink when you go out? Are you an occasional sipper or indulger?

Now, this depends on the season. April through September I'm usually on white wine (having a bit of a Reisling revival at mo) Bubbles are good, or a long G&T. October through to March I tend to migrate to reds. Prefer full bodied, heavy reds rather than the lighter varieties. Or a Guinness to what the rugby with.

What type of food do you like?

Mostly veggie / with and occasional craving for a rare fillet steak! Love most fish & seafood, and good roasted lamb. Enjoy the more spicy flavours of Thai, mezzo etc.

What is one thing you couldn't live without?

Hiya I live & work in central London . I have a reasonable knowledge of wine (plenty of practice over the years!!) but i would love to learn more and meet up with others to enjoy the experience and swap opinions & ideas.
