What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in sharing Information Technology skills with the next generation of technologists. Members must be at least 18 years of age and are preferred to work in the field of IT. The group works in association with Computer Mentors Group, a non-profit Tampa FL based organization. Computer Mentors Group works with groups of teens and encourages pursuit of Information Technology as a career. The main purpose of the group is to share skills with high school aged students and teach them the minimum skills necessary to become employed in the field.

Mentors will give advice, create curriculum, share knowledge of development tools, perform coding demonstrations, and otherwise assist students seeking to learn the business.
