** We roll at 9am, please be there early to get your gear together before the ride.
New for 2013, we will have riding groups. Instead of trying to have everyone stick together, we'll have a ride leader for 2 groups.
If you are in between (12-14mph), try riding with the 14-16mph group and if it gets too fast, hold up and let the 10-12mph riders catch up with you.
Faster riders are welcome to ride off the front of the 14-16mph group, we can catch up at certain rest stops.
This training ride is on the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT). The SRT's a paved trail, mostly flat, although we try to include some hill spurs at times. Normally, we ride from Conshy out to Phoenixville or Oaks and back. Or some days we can ride to the Philly Art Museum and back.
