We’re currently seeking to connect entry to mid-career professionals, who have experience in software development, with technology companies looking to build minimum viable products that are industry relevant and customer centric. Entry-to-mid-career professionals will have an opportunity to learn about agile principles and practices as well as design thinking to quickly build prototypes that are driven by business challenges and user needs. Technology companies will be given an opportunity to monetize ideas through resources at a fraction of industry rate standards. Technology companies will be able to streamline the hiring process by being able to see software developer's talents first hand all while undergoing agile sprints to build a product of the technology company’s choosing.
