What kind of Maker are you?

I work primarily with gelatin for eating or for structural design. Mostly I work with silicone molds and vacuum forming.

If you could build anything, what would it be?

I want to build an anatomical human body model completely out of gelatin! Think a giant game of Operation that you could eat!

What new maker skill are you interested in learning this year?

I really want to learn the nuances of 3d printing! I've been teaching myself Google Sketchup, but I havent' met any people or places that have access to the printers or Makerbots!

If you could host a meet-up or a workshop at TechShop, what would it be about?

Making amazing gourmet gelatin shots out of organic ingredients into complex fun shapes!

Hello I'm Matt. I am a food artist and science teacher. Over the past year I've been exploring the amazing world of gelatin and design.
