Sam Tegel ( serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Seed CX. His background includes building automated market making businesses across equities, fixed income, FX and futures markets, as well as market structure and fintech expertise. Most recently, Sam was Head of Liquidity Strategy at Jump Trading, where he built direct trading partnerships in U.S. Treasuries and FX, and he previously led U.S. equities market making at Sun Trading.
Jimmy Odom ( is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bit Capital Group and Director of Inclusive Entrepreneurship, ChicagoNEXT. His Professional career reflects over 5 years of executive level management along with an additional 2 years of junior management with additional marketing, business analysis and investing also serving as key decision maker within start-up, entrepreneurial and expansion environments. Each leadership role possess a demonstrated record of success to analyze the viability of ideas, design products, and services that appeal to new growth opportunities, develop creative strategies to achieve goals, and implement processes that produce significant internal and external user engagement and a loyal customer base.
Brian Eagan ( has been working in Chicago tech and startup world since the first dot com era. He codes, manages teams and forms grand schemes to create shareholder value. Currently he is Director of Engineering at BRD, working with a group of dedicated and talented folks to reimagine how we bank.
