She has been working at companies ranging from very early stage startups to well established firms. Past roles include Director of Engineering in Test at OPower, growing the team there from four to 20, and Senior QA Engineer at Netflix where she developed the certification process used for over 50 devices. Before that, she was the Director of QA at Ning and the QA Manager at Edusoft.

In addition to her impressive background, Nancy is a firm believer in the value of automation as well as the need for targeted manual testing. How software is built matter as much to her as what gets built.

Clinton Wolfe (https://twitter.com/clintoncwolfe) | DevOps Practice Lead at OmniTI (https://omniti.com/)

Clinton Wolfe leads the DevOps Practice at OmniTI, which means he voluntarily chooses to go into heavily silo-ed, dysfunctional organizations and try to get them to talk to each other with as few stabbings as possible. Basically, Clinton has been helping organizations deploy and operate web-scale applications since early days of the web. He's especially interested in testable infrastructure, and the processes needed to support quality throughout the application lifecycle. Clinton collects metrics for fun, and outside of work, he is also a Daddy.
