Phil Ives: Phil is an innovative and entrepreneurial technologist and business professional with over 14 years’ experience delivering mass-appeal, consumer-facing technology. A Three-time venture backed CTO. He primarily focused on immersive media and scaled application design and development for mainstream consumers of software service: video, social networking and games, such as popular consumer websites like QVC, Traffic.com, the first internet TV site for multicultural entertainment Sivoo, and the largest social network for women entrepreneurs, Ladies Who Launch. Successful launches of products as well as building and maintaining technology teams and best practices.
Don Norbeck: Chief Architect and Corporate Development Officer, Don Norbeck is responsible for VCE research and long-term product strategy. Don previously served as Architect for VCE’s Product Engineering organization, involved in all facets of product strategy and evolution.
Prior to joining VCE, Don served as Technology Officer – Virtualization, Cloud Computing and Product Strategy for SunGard Availability Services, leading a team exploring revenue and market growth opportunities in virtualization and cloud computing. Don has over 15 years of engineering, architect and IT roles in high tech companies.
Don holds a BA from Vassar College and a Law degree from Temple University.
