This group is for Boxing enthusiasts who would like to train in boxing fitness in the outdoors. Classes would be just over an hour and there is a fee. Classes however will have a strong emphasis in technique as opposed to simply being a boxercise type class.
You will be required to have 10 or 12oz gloves, wraps, a yoga mat and skipping ropes. If you require any of these let me know and I'll see how to get them for you.
Classes will involve skipping, stairs, running, shadowboxing, padwork, circuit training, stretches and rounds dedicated strictly to learning technique.
Classes are from an hr to a little more is fine and if people want to continue on their own after, train and talk boxing, combat etc.
A brief intro to me, I have been training in Boxing for 19 years and have competed in the amateurs. I had coached before as it's what I enjoy both in boxing and martial arts. Prior to boxing I have trained in Wushu, Wing Chun, Capoeira and in recent times BJJ with some added mma variety training.
There is a fee for classes pending on the size of each class. Private one to one is also available. Fees are: 1 to 1 - 75 dollars 2 to 5 - 20 6 plus - 15 Classes will never be too large as I want good focus on time spent with everyone so likely no more than 10 per session.

The group is open to all talks on health, fitness, diet, boxing, combat knowledge in general.
Lastly, training will be held by, Pam McConnell Aquatic Centre, 640 Dundas St E, Toronto, ON M5A 2B9 Dundas and parlaiment is the major intersection. It's a terrific open space.
