Why do you believe in Philadelphia's future?

I've seen Philadelphia change drastically in the 17 years I've lived here to become a very liveable city with many amenities. I think Philly has a sustainable future because it's walkable and has a vibrant downtown with some very distinct neighborhoods. The city has also recently started attracting creative people who embrace change and realize that without innovation, cities cannot thrive.
