Come and join a supportive and fun group who meet every Monday morning to laugh together and let go of stress! We practice some gentle chi gong exercises, laughter play with lots of giggles and finish with a guided relaxation. Suitable for all ages and everyone is welcome, the self employed, job seekers, new mums and grandparents. Sessions are based on donation only, so come along and have a giggle to start your week!

The Langdon Down Centre

We come together on Monday mornings, six or more people laugh together and let go of stress! Great start to the week! It's play for adults and everyone is welcome, freelancers and self employed, job seekers, carers and grandparents. It's drop in on the day and people attending are more than indicated on Meetup. Sessions are based on £5 donation only, and go towards cost of the room hire, supporting the Down's Syndrome Association, so come along and have a giggle! The hour long session will involve some gentle chi gong exercises to improve our breathing, laughter play with lots of giggles and finish with a guided relaxation. Parking is available at The Langdon Down Centre and buses 281 & 285 stop outside, the nearest train station is Hampton Wick . I have practiced meditation for over 15 years and use breathing and relaxation in clinic alongside osteopathy and cranial osteopathy techniques to relieve tension and pain for my clients. When I trained in laughter yoga with Nihat Tsolak, I realized we can all change our internal body chemistry by choosing to laugh more daily, so relieving stress, pain and tension ourselves! That's why I feel it's so important to share laughter and decided to set up the group.
