Pechanga’s award-winning pastry chefs give festival-goers an around-the-world confectionary experience. Each continent is represented with its own chocolate creation paying homage to a facet of that world region’s culture and flavor profiles.
Continent chocolate selections include but are not limited to:
Antarctica – giant ice wall with more than 12 gelato flavors.
North America – chocolate cotton candy.
Africa – malva pudding.
Europe – chocolate canelés.
Asia – green tea chocolate cake.
South America – chocolate churros.
Guests will also find a cavalcade of truffles, macaroons and other delightful confections.
The event also features 30 wine varietals that have been shown to masterfully partner with chocolate and other sweet desserts.
There are two types of tickets. Both include bidding on silent auction items and enjoyment of the live music.
Chocolate Lover Admission ($35) includes unlimited gourmet dessert samples from Pechanga’s acclaimed pastry chefs.
Chocolate and Cocktail Lover Admission ($65) includes a souvenir wine glass, unlimited two ounce samples of wine and spirits, and unlimited gourmet dessert samples from Pechanga’s acclaimed pastry chefs.
Both types of tickets also include bidding on silent auction items and enjoyment of the live music.
