What we're about
We are Temecula's amateur winemaking group. We teach our members how to make wine. Our group meets one time per month for three months. We follow a simple three step process to make wine. The first month is Step One which involves fermenting the grapes. The second month, Step Two, is racking the wine. The third month, Step Three is bottling the wine. When the wine is bottled we split the bottles between the members of the group. Cheers!!
All equipment is provided by our Master Winemaker. Wines are made with top quality wine kits. Members vote on the varietal they would like to make. Members cover the cost for winemaking supplies. Each member receives an average of 6 bottles for a cost of $30.
During each month's get together each member brings their favorite wine and a snack to share. We enjoy each others company and make friends. It's the perfect combination. Good wine and good people. Join us!
