This group will involve planned as well as spontaneous role playing sessions. In a management position our learning curve and opportunity for improvement never ends. Nothing is a better tool for learning than "doing".
Everyone will provide input into the scenario topics, suggest reference material as a baseline, present baseline learning material (part of role play), and scenario designers will be selected. From that scenarios will be developed (antagonist scripted), and actors determined. Each of you will have an opportunity to play the protagonist which is your opportunity to put what you have learned to the test.
