People should join this meetup who are interested in the discussing the legal aspects of blockchain, which can include attorneys and other legal personnel, those who work in the public sector such as elected officials, as well as business and tech people with an interest in seeing Texas benefit from this blockchain technology.
The Texas Blockchain Council is a nonprofit industry association made up of companies and individuals that work with Bitcoin, crypto and blockchain technology. Our mission is to promote blockchain technology initiatives that drive growth and benefit the citizens of Texas. We exist to amalgamate the influence of our members to advocate for blockchain-centric public policy initiatives, to educate members of government about the benefits of blockchain technology, and to provide subject matter expertise on topics related to Bitcoin, crypto, and blockchain.
