Do you think self-care means massages and pedicures? Maybe even an escape from your everyday life?

The heart of true self care lies in reevaluating how you spend your precious time and energy. As women, we often feel like we don't have enough time for ourselves. We try to do and be everything to everyone else.

Women's wellness warrior, Karen Shopoff Rooff at Running on Balance will show how to manage your limited bandwidth, create a community of support and ask for help to use energy wisely.

Get ready to push yourself to create systems of self-care that nourish you deeply every day. Feel more supported and connected!

During our monthly business meeting, enjoy networking with fellow professionals and discover how to take action in your professional life with our speaker presentation. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us!

We're in the business of taking action.
Personally. Professionally. Politically.

We are a sisterhood of woke change-makers dedicated to taking action and empowering women.

Whether you're trying to climb the corporate ladder, run for office, or start your own business, TBW provides the guidance and support you need to make a difference in the world. We build lasting relationships through group activities, interactive workshops, advocacy, mentorship, happy hours and volunteer opportunities.

We understand that you are a well-rounded human being who isn't defined by your job title, relationship status or income level. We simply support you and your goals, whatever they may be. We offer a safe space to learn, grow and speak up.

We're changing lives, one woman at a time!

TBW Austin | Round Rock is a local chapter supported by the statewide non-profit, Texas Business Women. With nearly 100 years of history, we've been taking action since the suffragette movement.
