Richard is the cloud evangelist for EMEA at Red Hat, and this month he will be giving a talk to the Thames Valley MongoDB User Group on "Cloud - Enabling business change"
The emergence of Cloud has seen a new groundswell in the capability of developers and technologists to be able to offer services and technology offerings that are agile, easy to consume yet have a twist.
In the new Cloud world order they offer technologists the ability to look at new entrepreneurial ways of building businesses using OpenSource supported certified offerings as well as offering enterprise organisations the ability to get from zero to hero in Cloud safely and securely.
Krzysztof Różacki, Sytel Limited
Krzystof will be sharing his impressive experience report of using MongoDB in a call centre. Hear first hand how wiith 900 agents generating about 160 statistical and 200 status events per second, the traffic was successfully handled by two MongoDB shards installed on virtual server.
