We started this group because SO MANY folks want a holistic approach to health but if one piece of the puzzle is missing, the true picture will never reveal itself!
This is a group for anyone interested in learning (and sharing what you know) about Health, Wellness and Family Security through The '4 Pillars of Health' model.
-If you're brand new to the world of health and wellness, you are welcome! -If you're a health and wellness expert with decades of knowledge, you are welcome! -If you're just plain 'sick and tired of feeling sick & tired', we'd love to have you join us!
The 4 Pillars Of Health: 1) Physical Health - Nutrition, Fitness, Rest and Natural Medicine working synergistically to keep Over-The-Counter (OTC) and Prescription Drugs OUT of your house!
2) Emotional/Spiritual Health - Empowerment of your soul, freedom for your mind and joy for your heart through a variety of modalities such as Bars, Access Consciousness, Reiki and more to get rid of our limiting beliefs... and create the life we choose!
3) Family Safety - The world is a scary place, especially for women... Beyond physical techniques, we'll also reinforce awareness principles, risk assessment, and verbal and psychological strategies a woman can use to set safe boundaries with others even if the perpetrator is someone she knows. At the core of this mindset is the belief that we are worth defending!
4) Financial Security - Financial security refers to the peace of mind you feel when you aren't worried about your income being enough to cover your expenses, it also means that you have enough money saved to cover emergencies. Most importantly, you have a step-by-step plan for reaching your future financial goals... which will open up your path to what else is possible!
Every meet-up we'll invite experts from each of the 4 Pillars to help us ALL reach our goals, we'll have an open forum for discussion and finish with a Q&A session!
We'll host meetings all around Connecticut... we want to hear your suggestions for locations and specific topics!
