In this meeting, we'll explore how yogic introspection and lifestyle, including meditation, can lead to a growing sense of freedom and balance in achieving and spiritual goals. More than mere techniques, living yoga is a holistic way to find true harmony in spirit, relationships, body, mind, vocation. Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, we will also learn how to be in life's process with a greater sense of well being, inner knowing, an even joy.
