Doctor Who 1996 movie

Ain't it Cool News and BBC America have made this screening absolutely free! You can reserve your seat by purchasing a $5 food and beverage voucher.

The Doctor is returning home to Gallifrey with the remains of his arch-nemesis, the Master. Forced off course, the TARDIS arrives in San Francisco on New Year's Eve 1999, where the Doctor is critically wounded in a gangland gun battle.

At the local hospital, Dr. Grace Holloway (Daphne Ashbrook) fights - and fails - to save his life. Later, in the morgue, the Doctor wakes up a new man (Paul McGann). But he is not the only one – the Master has also found himself a new body (Eric Roberts).

As the clock counts down to the start of the new millennium, can the Doctor stop his oldest enemy from destroying all life on Earth?

Meagan, Cris, David, Mike, Great to see you all. Mike love the idea of the private screening room at '3' up north. Anyone else want to chime in on a 'best' day for a Tennant Double Feature?

Some of us dedicated Whovians will be meeting in the Rabbit at 12 for the pre-show show (i.e. drinking and telling stories before the 1230 behind the scenes action starts). Likely the gang from C.P. and Leander will be anchoring the drinking leg of the party. ;-)

    August 25, 2013

    • Meagan W.

Hey hey hey. Oh wait. We were leading the drinking leg of the party. :)
