This is a class for both new and continuing students to learn and practice the simple techniques of Yoga Meditation (also known as Mantra Meditation). We encourage you to bring a friend. The more people the better.
Yoga Meditation is very simple, effective, and enjoyable. This method uses meditation sound to calm the mind, relax the body, and allow us to be more steady no matter what is happening in our lives. In this class you will learn three techniques - using breath, meditation beads, and music. You'll also learn some of the philosophy behind this technique to understand how it works to relieve anxiety, to manage stress, to satisfy our need for lasting fulfillment, and to bring more clarity to our purpose in life.
There is never a charge for any of our meditation classes. Donations are gratefully accepted to help us cover our costs.
