For our first A.I. Bistro event of 2019 we'll be making coconut yogurt parfaits! These tasty parfaits would make for a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. It's a recipe I got from Amy Myers, MD and it's certified safe for anyone with a basic autoimmune condition and/or for thyroid related problems.
As with all of our meetups at The A.I. Bistro I'll either make the recipe ahead of time and bring it it for everyone to try, or I'll make it live during the meetup (depending on what's involved... I don't have an oven at the office). And while we munch on good food we'll discuss some of the diet & lifestyle recommendations that have been proven to be helpful for autoimmune conditions.
