Greetings fellow yogis! This class will be taught by yours truly at Daniel's every Tuesday night. Hatha I and II is a loose description of the yoga I teach, couched within the Raja tradition, which includes proper alignment, breathing practices, linking breath with movement, and holding poses. Philosophy, meditation, and relaxation techniques are also explored. My classes tend to be of a slightly slower pace, yet still challenging (hence the I and II designation, they should work for beginners and intermediate students alike.)
I recommend coming on a slightly empty stomach with your yoga mat, water, and a towel, and feel free to bring any props you might want to use, as supplies are limited.
All classes are by donation.
About me: I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, and have been teaching on the side since 2008. I specialize in teaching beginners, but have also taught intermediate and vinyasa.
