    • Hi Meetup Member,

Hope that you are able to join Ginny and me for one or more of these film viewings about grass roots efforts in West Virginia to save the beautiful Appalachian mountains from the devastating practice of mountain top removal coal mining.

And please tune in to the Rick Steiner radio show on Tuesday, May 1st at 5 pm, for an interview with Ginny and activists dedicated to saving our precious mountains.

Please RSVP for the film showing(s) you wish to attend by responding to this email or by calling[masked]-3043.

      Peace... Don Robertson

The issue of mountaintop removal coal mining in my home state of West Virginia is near and dear to my heart. I have seen first hand what happens to the lush Appalachian Mountains, the crystal clear streams, the surrounding communities and the health and well being of the residents.

This film looks at the effects and also at some of the solutions some brave area residents are working to implement.

I'm also very excited that 3 activists from West Virginia will be at each of the screenings for a Q & A after each film.

For more info read my article and the ad in the April/May issue of On Purpose Woman Magazine (starts on page 12)
