Would you attend meetups in both locations?

With monthly meetups in SF, would you also want to attend meetups in MV (a "Yes" vote means we need to hold SF / MV meetups on different dates; a "No" vote means you wouldn't mind if the SF / MV meetups stayed on the same date - you'd just pick one or the other).

Which location is best for you?

We have meeting spaces in SF and MV. I'd like to get a sense of which location works best for people so Amit and I can gauge how much interest there is likely to be in regular MV meetups.

How much would you pay to attend a day long Clojure boot-camp?

If you're interested in learning Clojure, I'm thinking of conducting a day-long bootcamp. I'm the author of Clojure in Action, and most of the material would come from that book ( The course would cover Clojure the language, getting set up (environments + IDEs), TDD, and Clojure usage in the real world + advanced Clojure. I've been using Clojure at my startup for the last one and a half years now, and about 90% of the system is Clojure. It's a internet-scale application with web-services, real-time analytics, big data (hbase), batch-processing, caching (redis), messaging (rabbitMQ)... all in Clojure. I'm wondering about the level of interest in such a boot-camp, as well as how much people would be willing to pay...
