What we're about

We are meeting to practice Push Hands, a type of slow sparring taught in Tai Chi Chuan and other martial arts. The group is designed for persons who want to learn and practice push hands in a non-competitive environment. Attendees should have gotten a COVID 19 vaccine before coming to the group. Attendees should plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes after the meetup is scheduled to begin.
