Sunday Afternoon Role Playing 1-5 PM

Come join Board Game Warriors and the Vancouver Gaming Guild for an afternoon of role playing games!

For this Meet-up we offer a Living Forgotten Realms adventure hosted by DM Keon, as well if demand merits, possibly a second table...

Table 1: Living Forgotten Realms's MYRE3-1 The Armageddon Echo - Part 2 (Levels 4-7)

Sunday, March 17th from 1PM to 5PM.

DM: Keon

In ancient days, elves ruled a great empire in the North called Illefarn. This empire fractured when the last Coronal of the elves led the retreat to Evermeet. Illefarn split into the nations of Ardeep, Iliyanbruen, and Rilitha. These kingdoms each fell in turn over the centuries, with the last of the elves leaving Ardeep for Evermeet over a century ago.

The lost ruins of one of the cities holds a terrible secret and an ancient shame. Desperate elves and eladrin find themselves unable to keep this secret to themselves so they must seek outsiders for aid. One day you are approached by a well dressed eladrin, "Sirs...I have a puzzle that only you, the brave and battle harden souls that you obviously are, can answer. What are the drow after, and why do they seek it in the ruins of Iliyanbruen?"

A Living Forgotten Realms adventure set in the Savage North for characters of the Heroic tier (levels 4-7).

For 4-6 players

Table 2: If there is demand we may be able to have another game. We could have a intro/level 1 table for folks new to LFR. This one doesn't have to be LFR, but perhaps something else... suggestions are welcome! :)

DM thought it was a bit too easy.

Thanks for putting up this game Keon.

It is really a nice group of gamers, you've assembled. I am glad to be part of an ongoing campaign. Hard to believe that my character has come all the way from 1st to 6th level.

My pleasure Michael. I'm glad your enjoying it. Thanks for the link to that DM site. I really like his take on "boss monsters". I think I may try it out on the paragon table (with their permission) and see how it plays out. I hope I didn't come across as an "angrydm" to the rest of the players, but I just want at least one encounter per session to be suspenseful without being a TPK. Sundays game was a bit too easy, so I've made a few adjustments to the monsters to kick it up a notch. See you in a couple of weeks.
