Hosted by Wright-Locke Farm’s own Rebekah Carter, this hands-on workshop will cover all the basics of canning jams and other sweet preserves such as jellies, conserves, sauces, and whole or half fruits, using the hot water bath canning method. All participants will help make, can, and take home a jar of strawberry-rhubarb jam to enjoy. If you have any food allergies, please be sure to tell Rebekah prior to the program!
