Another month, another special edition of #AgileTalks with a very special guest: Ben Maynard (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-maynard-44036930/). Ben is a certified LeSS trainer, an Agile practitioner and enthusiast.
Ben will talk about "How not to adopt LeSS and influence people". Here are his words describing this talk:
"For the last 7 years I have been on an expedition through RBS (a large UK based bank) failing, learning, succeeding and growing. It all started quite innocently by unconsciously adopting LeSS then grew into something that took me around the world meeting many teams and many leaders all with very different contexts but all with very similar problems to solve. I would like to share with you some of the more interesting stories and what the outcomes of 7 years of being the only permanent member of staff who was an agile coach in an organisation that employees more than 10,000 people in technology alone."
