Sunday morning meditation and Dharma discussion.

  • 6 days ago · 8:30 AM
  • The Natural BodyWorks

The bell will first ring at 8:30 after doing prostrations (bows) as a traditional practice.  Then we will sit for 10 minutes, gather our thoughts, set an intention... then sit another 15 minutes.

Dharma talks and discussions will begin after meditation time.  We can either choose a book to read from or we can discuss a current topic based on Buddhist teachings and thought.

Join me for a great end of the week, or begining... depending on your perception...

With bows,

Rev. Sean

A $5 donation is suggested, please feel free to keep the reading material, we do accept larger donations for those and donations are considered tax deductible under tax law if you need a receipt or statement.

I'm looking forward to learning about Buddhism! I know very little beyond meditation. And I also look forward to meeting like-minded people.
