What the best book you've read recently?

The Snow Child for complete transportability and imagery. Unbreakable is an amazing story of human endurance. And I loved a recent reread of The Fault in our Stars. Probably one of our best discussions, too.

If you're in a bookstore, what section do you hit first?

Newly published, although I mostly read on my Kindle. I do love browsing bookstores as I miss covers.

What is the last book that you've read? Would you recommend it?

Delicate, Edible Birds and yes. I don't read short stories as a general rule, so it was a nice change of pace.

What Laurie S. is saying about this Meetup Group

I thought our discussion was a lot more riveting than the book. Also, saw this in the WP and thought it pertinent to our topic
