Come one, come all to the February Charleston Permaculture Guild meeting! Our first meeting of the year will be a seed and scion (for grafting) swap. Come meet and greet other permaculture enthusiasts from the Charleston area and bring your extra seeds or prunings from your trees and go home with others.
Location & Parking:
Circular Congregational Church (150 Meeting Street, downtown) will be hosting us for social meetings for at least the first half of 2014. We will meet in the Sharpe Room, which is on the ground level of the building that across the courtyard from the main sanctuary. Park on-street or nearby at the Cumberland Street garage.
Seed & Scion Swap Guidelines:
Bring your extra seed (well-labeled), baggies, and a pen for marking your new baggies of seed. To ensure good seed viability, please bring seed that is no more than 2 or 3 years old. Also bring your fruit tree prunings (scion) to trade for grafting. We will have the seed swap instead of our customary potluck.
We hope to see you there. Feel free to invite friends!
