Our goal is to help you over the hump, rid you of your ferment fears and get you comfortable and ready to tackle your own bubbling goodies at home.

We will have a hands on workshop walking you through the steps for:

Kombucha

Water and Milk Kefir

Cultured veggies

Chutney

Beet Kvass

and of course...sauerkraut!

Even if you are a seasoned fermenter, please join us. We would like for you to share your successes, stories and short cuts with the group.
