I've had a life-long interest in food, everything from the evolving theories surrounding some foods and disease, to the various theories about foods and HEALTH!
I'd like to learn more about fermenting, sprouting, etc. and using these foods in menu planning.
Hi, I recently moved to Chicago and would like to connect with people interested in living healthy lives, especially regarding food. The GAPS protocol is something I've been wanting to learn more about, too.
