Come join your fellow hikers - and leave the boots at home. No micro-spikes required. Beginner, moderate and advanced hikers and back-packers will all fare well tonight!
Please do not use the "no" RSVP function unless you need to cancel from a "yes". This is a standard preference for all Connecticut Hiking Alliance Meetups. Other Meetup groups may have a different preference.
This is your opportunity to commune with your comrades in hiking but without the boots and camel backs! Come to Beachland Tavern for the monthly Connecticut Hiking Alliance Happy Hour and enjoy fellowship, food and beverage.
Beachland Tavern is very casual in nature. Come as you are, whether in work attire or in comfy clothes. You will find everything from appetizers, to main dishes to salads and sandwiches. Happy Hour runs until 6 pm... so come early if you are able. And if not come when you can!
Feel free to wear blue jeans and cotton! There is no hiking safe dress code requirement for this event.
