What we're about

Acclaimed vocal quintet Excelsa Voces are giving a morning performance of Early and Contemporary music in the glorious Tewkesbury Abbey on Sat 10th March at 11.30. The group, led by soprano Paula Evans will be joined by Tom McMahon (cello) and Chris Long (piano) present a short programme featuring beautiful music from across the ages.

This is a free recital in advance of an evening concert in September which will feature, amongst other music, the premiere of music by Robert Fripp, of ‘King Crimson’, Andrew Keeling, Chris Long and Andrew S mith.

Quotes from a recent concert; 'an evening of extraordinary beauty' 'ethereal and haunting sounds taking us away from our everyday lives and reconnecting us with the music of centuries'. 'en experience that will stay with me for a long time'
