Whether you want to walk, “crawl” or even maybe run, this workout is for you!
We begin on the beach to warm up and then guide you on a path along the beach for walking, interval training (that would be the “crawl” component :-)) and if you prefer to throw in a little running, that’s cool too!
Once finished with our “path”, we head back to our warm up location to stretch and set you out energized for your day!
Our Fun WALK/CRAWL allows you to enjoy and breathe in the beautiful ocean and experience a great cardiovascular workout.
Every week brings us a new path to follow. So please join us to sweat off some lbs and enjoy the outdoors!
All fitness levels are welcome. Our fun walks/crawls are designed for you to try a new way to mix up (or begin!) your fitness routine.
We meet at the Atlantic Dunes Beach just south of Linton on A1A. Please park across the street and follow the board walk to the beach. We’ll be on the beach to greet you!
Come join the fun! There is nothing to worry about. All you need is yourself, some water, and a great attitude. See you at the beach!
