The following recipe is adapted from a recipe in the book "The Complete Book of Raw Food":

Cabbage Salad with Sweet Sesame Vinaigrette (pg. 74)

1 head of green cabbage
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup cilantro
4 green onions
asian bean sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons of nama shoyu
4 tablespoons of honey
3 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 inch piece jalapeno
adriatic sea salt
juice of 1 lime

In the food processor, process the following separately in 3 batches into small size pieces: the cabbage; both bell peppers; cilantro and green onions. Combine in a salad bowl, add the sprouts, mix it all up with your hands.

In a small blender, blend the olive oil, nama shoyu, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, jalapeno, salt, lime juice.

Mix the vinaigrette with salad ingredients, marinate in the fridge for an hour before serving. Garnish with sprouts.
