What we're about

The Embodied Voice is a workshop exploring how grounding ourselves in somatic experience - via movement and sensation - unlocks freedom and expression of the voice. The practice draws on aspects of mindfulness, yoga, contact improv, Feldenkreis, and more. Led by movement and voice practitioner, Kate Smith, it is appropriate for any one who wants to sound and feel better in their body and mind.

"It really benefited me to introduce some movement as I felt I had been quite locked while singing. I feel like so many singers could benefit from your insight."

"I’ll take away a new-found trust. Trust can build strength and a free spirit! Thank you!"
