We will meet every Mon/Wed at 6PM - for a POWER HOUR of fellowship, accountability, support and FUN fitness. ALL levels of fitness are welcome -we will share our goals.... assist one another in making a game plan by setting SMART goals - learning about proper nutrition/clean eating - and we will workout. Examples of our workouts will be : Dance Fitness, Pilates/Yoga style, Mixed Martial Arts, Weight/Strength training, circuit/boot camp style and more.... Variety is the secret sauce - that AND the fact that We are BETTER together. This class is FREE and open to the public. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a towel. If any equipment is needed, we'll let you know the week before and I also have extra of most of what we'll need.
