Wonder no more! Savour dishes cooked with a Hakka flair and three wonderful wines which will complement the flavours beautifully.
Join Shalom in the first ever food and wine pairing. To celebrate the season in Chinatown, enjoy an evening with three wines and samplings from a Chinese Charcuterie board. You’ll also get to leave
with a piece of serving ware for the night: a Himalayan Salt Square. Exquisite and pretty, these
edible serving wares will find life in your homes for unsalted butter or ice cream. Think of it as a
little something from your not so secret Santa. Your evening will be attended to by a certified
Sommelier and a home chef.
The workshop will be presented by Shalom Chin. He holds a Wine Spirit Education Trust Diploma,
a Masters in Gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Science and is a Certified Sommelier.
He has done vintages in Australia, Austria and Italy and has been involved with the wine industry for 13 years.
