Yin Yoga is a slow paced form of yoga traditionally taught in the East, where we hold the postures for longer periods, usually 3-5 minutes. This type of yoga acts on the deeper muscles of the body; the connective tissues, tendons, fascia, and ligaments.
This increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. Yin Yoga is a more meditative approach, cultivating awareness of inner silence and wholeness.
Our 'Yin Yoga' class is held weekly, on a Wednesday evening and Friday morning and is guaranteed to make you feel calm, blissful and fully integrated.
Includes refreshments. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The number of places available are limited but not reflective of the total number of attendees as we accept bookings from elsewhere including Facebook Events our own booking software Bookeo.
