Free python (on linux) consoles

Hi Everyone,

I know that not everyone in our group has their own development environment setup, and that can be limiting. I recently came across a neat thing that can help with that.

https://www.pythonany... hosts free bash and python consoles that are accessible through a web browser. The consoles persist across login sessions and should be available from any modern web browser. I was even able to run emacs from a bash console!

Another nice perk is that they have included a bunch of libraries in the standard environment. See that list here: https://www.pythonany...

To summarize: provides a free, pre-installed, standard linux shell that we can use for light python development. Check it out!

P.S. If you want to talk more about this or anything else, I'll be available in #hartfordpython on the freenode irc server.
