Hill Workout 1: Week 2

Second track/hill work out session assuming Lakefront Marathon as our goal marathon. Will try to follow a 15 week program, this being the first hill workout session. As the first hill workout session we are planing to do 8 hill repeats [ Short hill. The hill in front of water tower. Just across North Point Snack bar]. We will meet in front of Alterra, first we run approx. 2 miles for warm up , then 8 hill repeats, then 2 miles cool down run.

    Whats the pace like for this run?...i just wanna make sure i can keep up before i decide to attend.

      Hi Matt, welcome to the group! The great thing about this group is that there's almost always several different paces, so no need to feel like you have to struggle to "keep up". Arun mentioned the 9-10 minute warm up/cool down pace, which is probably what a lot of people will run, but if that's too fast or too slow for you, then run at your own pace, no problem!
