Lapham Peak Hill Workout

Meet at the Evergreen trailhead for some hill based workouts

We may do hill repeats, a very hilly loop, perhaps some uphill bounding or downhill running.

Goal: To get us ready for hilly summer and fall trail races. Also great as a strength workout early in a marathon training plan.

    Start time moved to 7:30. Finish by 9:00 PM. Watch fireworks at the tower at 9:00 - hope the rangers don't mind us being there past official park close time of 9PM.

    Here's an idea I got when we were on the tower at Lapham. Let's change this to a night run with headlights. Maybe start at 8 PM or so?
    Once we're done with our workout we can go to the tower and see if we can see the fireworks downtown.
