We finally have summer weather so time to move Wed nights to South Shore!
We run anywhere from 3-10 miles at paces between 7:00-9:45 min/mile mostly. If you are slower, no worries. It is an out and back path so you will still have company at some points.
After we run, feel free to hang out and get to know your fellow MRG runners. Bring drinks (beer, water, wine, whatever) and snacks if you'd like. A few times each summer, we will do a cookout also but most Wed are just light snacks.
